Amanda Sieve, PA-C, MPAS
Amanda began her medical career as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in 2013. Through her experience as a first responder, she developed a deep understanding of her patients’ needs and a strong desire to provide more comprehensive care. She went on to attend Des Moines University, graduating in 2018 as a board-certified Physician Assistant. Since then, she has worked in the emergency department, continuing her commitment to frontline healthcare.
In 2022, Amanda founded Revitalize with the goal of helping patients in an outpatient setting and providing more patient-centered care. She has built Revitalize around a network of mental health offices, therapy providers, and mental health coaches to create a collaborative environment that supports improved mental health and patient outcomes.
Amanda has a special focus on serving first responders and their families, creating a safe, supportive space tailored to their unique needs.
Laura Howe, ARNP, PMHNP
Laura Howe is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides comprehensive mental health medication management for adults, integrating both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment approaches. She conducts thorough intake consultations for individuals who do not yet have an established mental health provider, helping patients begin care with a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan.
Laura has been a nurse practitioner since 2015 and brings a diverse clinical background spanning acute inpatient psychiatry and outpatient mental health settings. Her experience across levels of care allows her to support patients with a wide range of psychiatric needs while emphasizing safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered treatment.
Ben Sieve, NRP
Ben began his career as a fire responder in 2013 as a firefighter. He later expanded his education and training, becoming an Emergency Medical Technician and ultimately achieving certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic in 2021. Currently, Ben serves as a full-time firefighter-paramedic. Through his work in the first responder field, he has developed a strong passion for helping others and a deep sense of empathy. Ben plays an active role in patient care and treatment, bringing both experience and compassion to every interaction.
Jake Belay, BA- Mental Health Coach
Jake Belay serves as a Mental Health Coach at Revitalize, where he helps clients prepare for and navigate their ketamine therapy journeys with confidence and care. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Jake brings a grounded, compassionate approach to supporting clients throughout their healing process.
Jake earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and spent several years working in social services before embarking on a nearly decade-long career in law enforcement. His time as a police officer gave him firsthand insight into the effects of trauma, stress, and burnout—perspectives that now inform his empathetic and practical approach to coaching.
With a unique blend of psychological training, trauma awareness, and real-world experience, Jake is dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, gain clarity, and reconnect with a renewed sense of purpose through their therapeutic journey.
Tiffany Williams, BSN, RN
Tiffany Williams, RN, is a registered nurse with experience in a Level I trauma center, where she has provided care to patients with complex and critical medical needs. Her background in intensive care has strengthened her ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Tiffany is currently pursuing her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree, with a focus on providing comprehensive mental health care. She is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every patient she serves.
Her approach to care emphasizes understanding each patient’s unique needs while promoting both physical and mental well-being.
Hannah Nolan, AA
Patient Access Manager
Hannah has a strong background in healthcare administration and patient services. She has experience managing patient information and coordinating services to help ensure a smooth and supportive experience for patients and their families. Hannah is dedicated to being a helpful and welcoming resource, striving to create a positive experience for everyone she interacts with.
She is passionate about making others feel heard and valued, creating a safe and supportive space for all individuals while advocating for the importance of mental health. Hannah takes pride in helping foster an environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
